RUB DOWNES INTEGRATED HEALTH POLICY - CANCELLATION POLICY

As a small business with all therapists working on a commission basis, we simply have to ask our clients to respect our policy and understand that we implement it for the financial viability of the business and the therapists.


REMINDERS

Health Hub will send you an email reminder no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you have the capacity to accept or decline the appointment at this stage.


CANCELLATIONS

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 4 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. If your cancellation occurs within 4 hours of your appointment time, a note will be added to your file and you will be informed via email. If late cancellations continue, you will be asked to pay a fee which covers a percentage of the treatment charge.


FAILING TO ATTEND

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, a note will be added to your file and you will be informed via email, this will be your first and last warning. Any future no shows will attract a fee of 100% of your treatment charge.


HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

The only way to cancel your appointment is to contact the Health Hub on 1300 709 076. Please be respectful of your fellow clients and let us know as soon as possible. You can leave a message here if your call is outside of office hours.
